what big eyes you have

Currently loving the "new" (released in early '08) album by MGMT, Oracular Spectacular (listen on Last.FM). I'm sure you've heard their "breakout" song Time to Pretend, as it has been featured in movies, tv shows and commercials. MGMT has been named band/album of the year by a few different publications, and opened for bands like Radiohead, M.I.A., and Beck. Impressive. Obviously, I'm late to jump on this bandwagon (bad pun intended).

This album is really fun, indie/psychadelic pop. It's cohesive, but also varied in sound and did I mention really fun? For me, it's one of the best albums I've heard in awhile. I'd share my favorite songs, but that would pretty much be the whole album.
